Overview

PIBOCO is an interactive children’s book app that brings both original and classic stories to life on mobile. Imagine flipping through tales on your tablet—minus the paper cuts, plus a touch of digital magic. 

What I did

• Shaped the user journey: Collaborated with the programmer and UI designer to create catalog layouts, intuitive interactions, and engaging feedback that felt like the app understood you.

• Flow-mapped the experience: Wireframed detailed user flows, ensuring browsing felt smooth and story aggregation felt playful.

• Prototyped front-end flair: Helped script transitions, animated feedback, sound cues, and onboarding carousels—small touches that brought the app to life.

• Led process upgrades: Introduced daily stand-ups and sprint planning to keep the team aligned and energized.

• Cleaned up chaos: Organized and maintained the backlog so development stayed fun instead of frenetic.
