Overview

Operator puts you in the hot seat as a 911 dispatcher. Nathalie wakes up to find a stranger in her house, and you're her lifeline. Every message you send, every instruction you give—carries weight. It’s intense, interactive storytelling where every decision has real consequences.

What I did

• Led creative direction: Wrote the initial vision and concept to rally collaborators and secure funding.

• Directed the voice cast: Booked actors, guided performances, and worked with sound design to set the tone.

• Prototyped dramatic moments: Built sketches of key narrative choices in Unity so the team could feel the tension.

• Shaped UX & story feedback: Tweaked visuals, audio, and interface to make emotions sharper.

• Ran the studio: Managed funding applications, finances, contracts, hiring, and weekly sprints—while keeping creative momentum.

• QA oversight: Tested narrative flows and logged bugs so nothing broke the tension at the worst moment.
