Overview
Management Simulator is a live role-playing simulation for managers. Each plays with a virtual employee whose mood and behavior change based on the manager’s decisions—overseen by a system tracking thousands of data points. It’s like “The Sims” for workplace dynamics—serious, but also weirdly revealing.
What I did
-
System architecture wizardry: Designed detailed user and data flows for interactive feedback loops—tracking thousands of employee state changes.
-
Prototype to production: Transformed a PowerPoint concept into a working game system—because sometimes a slide deck isn’t enough.
-
Wireframes & UX sketches: Created quick visual drafts for artists to build out accurate mock-ups and intuitive feedback.
-
Rebuilt interactions: Implemented most of the graphics, animations, and feedback behaviors—while collaborating with the backend programmer for data logic.
-
Project leadership: Owned the backlog, estimated timelines and budgets, ran daily stand-ups and weekly planning—kept things organized and fun.
-
Team building: Recruited and onboarded a freelance artist, coordinated with data leads, and reported updates to stakeholders.
